Aside Manchester United Manager Jose Mourinho, there are undoubtedly five more Football Managers that needs to be criticized.
1. Mauricio Pochettino
Mauricio Pochettino is a Tottenham Manager for years and is considered as one the New Generation Managers. Having brought Tottenham to where they are today and even giving them Champions League football. Pochettino has been lacking something, something that is somehow precious to every club. You all know what it is; Trophies of course.
Mauricio Pochettino has spent Four (4) years in Tottenham and still counting but the said Manager has never won a single Trophy, not even a Runner-up place. Lets say The Premier League is a bit to big to ask, What about EFL or the FA Cup. How about their Europa League Tournaments so far, their last was a disastrous Elimination by a little Belgium side Gent.
A Club Side like Tottenham is supposed to have won at least 1 Trophy since 2014 - 2018.
Let us use Sevilla as an Example. The Spaniards Have not Even finish a place Higher than 4th in their Laliga Encounter for almost a Decade now, but has won 3 UEFA Europa League in recent years, A Super cup final, Copa del rey final and Spanish Super cup final too.
Now lets compare both Teams, of course Tottenham will be chosen over Sevilla, in Terms of Club Value, Monitary aspect, Player Value, Ranking, Endorsement and many more.
In Conclusion, Pochettino you have no excuses, Please win a trophy.
2. Jurgen Klopp
The German has been in-charge of Liverpool FC since 2015 but has failed to shut the mouth of the opposing Fans with a Silverware.
Klopp has a Bundesliga and DFB Pokal title to his name with Dortmund came to Liverpool as the Chosen one following roller-coaster final season before leaving for Liverpool.
Klopp who is known for losing in finals came to liverpool and since his arrival has gone to 3 major finals and lost all:
Sevilla vs Liverpool (3 - 1) lost UEFA Europa League
Manchester City vs Liverpool (3-1 Penalty) Lost EFL Cup
Real Madrid vs Liverpool (3-1) Lost Champions League
3. Niko Kovač
As for Niko, Bayern has undoubtedly the strongest squad in Bundesliga, but instead of the Bundesliga Champions dominating, the reverse is now the case.
Beyern Munich as a mater of fact, at the very stage i n Bundesliga as of seasons back is supposed to be comfortably sitting in first position, but there they are languishing in 6th Position with 13 points from 4 wins and a draw.
Bayern lost to Hertha Berlin, as if that was not enough they were again beaten heavily by Monchenglabach by 3 goals to nothing at Alianz Arena.
4. Ernesto Valverde
A Coach that threw away the chance of becoming the first Spanish coach to go unbeaten in a single season against a lowly side like Levante last season.
having played 36 matches unbeaten last season, it seems like the season is morel likely to be a punishment time for Barcelona after playing 4 Laliga matches in a row without winning. unlike Real Madrid that lost Ronaldo to Juventus and Kovacic to Chelsea, Barcelona's Squad has not reduced by strength, rather more players coming in with a vast experience.
I wonder why a coach will have multiple options on the bench and still play a full 90 minutes without substituting and player, not once not twice. If you cannot manage many players, then why buying them in first place.
